Variety Care Resources - Medicaid
Variety Care representatives will be at Crossings Clinic on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in July 2021 to help Crossings Clinic established patients with the Medicaid application process. You can click here, and a Variety Care representative will contact you to schedule an appointment.
You can visit one of the following Variety Care locations to speak with a Certified Application Counselor regarding your Medicaid application:
