About the Clinic

The mission of Crossings Community Clinic is to humbly proclaim the message of Jesus by serving the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the uninsured. The scope of Clinic services includes medical, dental and vision healthcare provided by clinic staff, licensed professional volunteers and other dedicated volunteers.

Crossings Community Center and Clinic are honored to be recipients of the 2024 Thomas N. Lynn Community Champion Award. This award recognizes organizations who work with the Lynn Institute to create healthy, hopeful communities across Oklahoma. It is a blessing to be engaged with our surrounding communities as we continue in our efforts to bring unity to our city and the people within it by treating everyone with dignity.

Crossings Community Clinic is celebrating 20 years of ministry! It has been a blessing to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the uninsured in our community. Through dedicated staff and volunteers, we’re able to provide medical, dental, and vision healthcare to those who need it.

Crossings Clinic is the largest—and only mutli-site—free and charitable clinic in Oklahoma and we are always looking for providers and volunteers to help expand our patient capacity.

Clinic Hours

The clinic is open year-round, Monday through Friday:


Monday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

The clinic is open the third Thursday of each month from 6-8:00 p.m.

MED ROOM Hours

Medications can be picked up from the Crossings Clinic Med Room during the following hours:

Monday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Please Note: The Clinic and Med Room are closed daily for lunch from 12-1:15 p.m.

Clinic Hours

Appointments are required for all patients, call (405) 232-8631 to schedule. Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available Monday through Wednesday. If Unity Clinic is open, Thursday evening and Friday morning appointments are available.

Pharmacy Hours

Monday: 10:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m-4:30 p.m.


 Please Note: The Clinic and Pharmacy are closed daily for lunch from 12-2:00 p.m.
